HA-5100 H1 is a food grade treatment for external use on frozen cephalopods and other fishery products. Its functionality is to avoid that the raw material is settled on the bottom of the container during treatment. It also improves the action of the moisture restorers used simultaneously, allowing to decrease their dosage. Product obtained through a mixing process. It is a very irritating product, so we recommend to use protection such as gloves, facemasks and goggles. In case of contact with skin, rinse with abundant clear water.

Target population and Instructions for use
We recommend using 10 to 20 grames per litre of water. Dissolve in the water bath the specified amount, which will depend on the usual factors in treatment processes cephalopods.
- Proportion between cephalopod and water: 1:1 and 1:3.
- Treatment time: 12 to 24 hours, depending on the state of raw
- Treatment temperature: 5 to 10ºC (ice shall be added if necesssary).
Stirring continuously is advisable. Once finished the treatment, rinse the raw material with cool water.
Packing
Net weight: 25 kg in plastic carafes. Available in other packagings.
Preservation and transport – Best before date
Keep in its own packing properly closed and store in a cool and dry place. Transport should be done according to recommended conditions for its preservation. Best before 12 months after packing date.
